- NCBI BLAST+ for local BLAST+ searches was upgraded to 2.2.25, the most recent version of NCBI BLAST+.
- Modified to accept input data using drag and drop.
- Modified to accept database input file using drag and drop.
- Modified to create database from FASTQ as well as FASTA file.  Plain, .gz, .Z, and .zip text files are accepted.
- Added function to change database folder.
- Added option to add query length and query and hit positions to export file.
- Added alignment detail display function.
