Data folder

BlastStation-Local uses two data folders.  One is BlastStation data folder and the other is database folder.  All BlastStation Job parameters and search results will be stored in the BlastStation data folder and all downloaded and user-created databases will be stored under database folder.  Both of these folders are located under your home folder.

Database folder can be changed to anywhere such as folders in external drives or network drives by clicking Tools > Change DB Folder menu.
