BlastStation-FSA is an interface program to perform local BLAST searches on your PC with the FSA-BLAST software, which is a new version of the popular BLAST bioinformatics tool used to search genomic databases containing either protein or nucleotide sequences.   It performs 20% faster searches than standalone NCBI BLAST with no loss in accuracy on Mac OS X.  You can perform local BLAST searches faster and easier than ever on your PC.
