FASTA data input
Double click BlastStation-Free icon, which is in the Applications folder.
Click here. Example FASTA data will be shown in the browser. Copy and paste it in the Input Data. If you have a FASTA file on your Mac, you can also drag and drop it to the Input Data area.*)
Only blastn and blastx are available in the Program section. This is because the FASTA data are DNA sequences. If the data are protein sequences, blastp will be available.
