Data directoryBlastStation-Free uses two data directories. One is BlastStation data directory and the other is database directory. All BlastStation Job parameters and search results will be stored in the BlastStation data directory and all downloaded and user-created databases will be stored under database directory. Both of these directories are located under your home directory.
